About Wonster Words

Wonster Words is a reading app for kids ages 2 to 8, made by 77Sparx Studio. We turn phonics, spelling, and vocabulary into games kids ask to play. The goal is simple. Help children learn to read, and make the learning feel like the fun part.

We built Wonster Words with educators, speech-language pathologists, and parents. Every skill in the app maps to something real that early readers need, and every game was play-tested with the toughest critics there are. Kids. That combination, rigor underneath and fun on the surface, is the whole point.
